After the success of 'Chennai 600028', director Venkat Prabhu believes that having numbers in the titles will help his films at the box office. He has therefore titled his next as 'Desiya Nedunchalai 47' (National Highway 47).
Prabhu is planning to introduce new faces in 'Desiya Nedunchalai 47' and like his previous film Yuvan Shankar Raja is going to score the music.

Chennai 600028 hits century

Chennai 600028, the movie that featured gully cricket and highlighted the value of friendship, is hitting a century by crossing 100 days at the box office. The hundredth day celeberations will be held on 5th August 2007 at Chennai Trade Centre.
In connection with the celeberations, there is a CFW 6060 Cricket Cup, featuring 32 teams who will play 10 over matches between August 2nd and 4th. The winning team will play against the Chennai 600028 star team. Produced by S.P.B. Charan of Capitol Film Works, the film is directed by Venkat Prabhu.
